Who We Are

  • WIFT Poland is part of global network of Women In Film & Television International (WIFTI) dedicated to advancing professional development and achievement for women working in all areas of film, video and other screen-based media, with a focus on three pillars - Knowledge, Connection and Visibility.

    WIFT POLAND aims to educate, empower and evolve all women working in the screen industries at all career stages, with a goal to promote international collaboration, raise industry standards and ensure sustainable future.

  • First chapter of WIFTI network was established in 1973 in Los Angeles, CA - Women In Film LA. The legacy followed throughout the years, with now 50 chapters around the world. In May 2025 during Cannes Film Festival, we were happy to join the network and open the polish chapter - Women In Film & Television POLAND.
